The Sr. Executive Administrative Assistant will play a key role in facilitating efficient and effective leadership of the credit union while fostering a highly productive and effective Board/Management partnership. This role requires the highest level of drive, critical-thinking, professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy and is responsible for independently managing and coordinating a wide variety of strategic projects, programs, events, and tasks on behalf of the CEO, Board, and Executive Leadership Team, while maintaining confidentiality and often employing independent judgment. This includes but is not limited to coordinating strategic and operational reports, meetings, internal and external events, conferences/travel, and managing, maintaining, and acting as Administrator of our board portal. They exercise independent judgment and discretion on all matters, understanding most of their work will be sensitive and confidential projects and assignments. Manages all duties with the utmost professionalism, confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail to support enhanced executive and board efficiency and effectiveness. Responsible for timely preparation and submission of all reports necessary to maintain NCUA and other regulatory compliance, while actively participating in learning and development opportunities.
