Role and Responsibilities:

  • Address inquiries from prospects, existing members, and brokers.
  • Provide information on general plan benefits (excluding plan comparisons).
  • Schedule seminar reservations, broker appointments, and process fulfillment requests using established procedures.
  • Complete telephonic enrollment.
  • Assist brokers with appointment processes, provide application status updates, and other support tasks.
  • Update the CRM system and document call details and outcomes.
  • Conduct calls to members based on client needs, such as member retention efforts.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience with Medicare and/or insurance (preferred/helpful).
  • Prior call center experience and/or experience assisting clients via phone support (preferred).
