This is an extremely fast paced call center where our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for responding in a timely, professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities for Call Center Representatives:

  • Customer Service, answering inbound or making outbound calls
  • Following sets of outlined instructions, processes and procedures in accordance with the department and company policies.
  • Communicate with patients/medical professionals
  • Obtain necessary patient information to provide excellent customer service
  • Good work ethic and attendance
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work a 40 hour shift

Pay Increase after 60 Days
