- Engage with Prospects, Existing Members, and Brokers through inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from Prospects, Existing Members, and Brokers:
- Address general plan benefit inquiries (no plan comparisons).
- Schedule Seminar Reservations, Broker Appointments, and process fulfillment requests following documented procedures.
- Complete Telephonic Enrollment.
- Update CRM and document call outcomes.
- Broker Support: Assist brokers with the appointment process and provide application status updates.
- Conduct outbound calls to members based on client needs (e.g., Member Retention).
