Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Prospects, Existing Members, and Brokers through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Deliver exceptional sales consultations and support.
  • Schedule appointments, complete telephonic enrollments, and assist with broker inquiries.

Salary: $16 - $17 per hour
Shift: First
Work Hours: 8 AM - 8 PM
Education: High School

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from Prospects, Existing Members, and Brokers:
    • Address general plan benefit inquiries (no plan comparisons).
    • Schedule Seminar Reservations, Broker Appointments, and process fulfillment requests following documented procedures.
    • Complete Telephonic Enrollment.
    • Update CRM and document call outcomes.
    • Broker Support: Assist brokers with the appointment process and provide application status updates.
  • Conduct outbound calls to members based on client needs (e.g., Member Retention).
