Wat ga je doen?

In de functie van Veiligheidskundige/Consultant (IVK, MVK,HVK)van Kader Group ondersteun je diverse organisaties bij het ontwikkelen van en ondersteunen bij invoering en onderhoud van managementsystemen (o.a. op basis van ISO 9001, ISO 45001, BRL 6000, ISO 14001, VCA), het opstellen van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsverbeteringsprogramma’s en het uitvoeren van Risico Inventarisatie & Evaluaties (RI&E’s). Ook de borging en verbetering van bedrijfsprocessen, het schrijven van bedrijfskundige adviezen, de uitvoering van interne audits en management reviews behoren tot je taken. Daarnaast zul je externe contacten beheren en verzorg je trainingen en opleidingen op gebied van Kwaliteit, Arbo en Milieu.

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent een enthousiaste, zelfstandige en gedreven veiligheidskundige. Je bent daadkrachtig en je hebt doorzettingsvermogen. Je denkt mee en toont initiatief. Je bent klantgericht en hebt een representatief voorkomen. Reizen binnen Nederland en werken buiten reguliere werktijden horen er voor jou bij. Je bent minimaal in het bezit van een afgeronde mbo-opleiding (bij voorkeur een technische richting of werktuigbouwkunde), een afgeronde opleiding tot veiligheidskundige (IVK,MVK of HVK). Je hebt bij voorkeur werkervaring als veiligheidskundige in de bouw- infra en industrie. Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden in woord en geschrift, en beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed.
