Microsoft Office consultant Voor onze directe eindklant, Tweede Kamer der Staten-Generaal waar wij preferred supplier zijn, zijn wij op zoek naar een Microsoft Office consultant ten behoeve van de sjablonen voor de moderne werkplek. Start: 19 augustus 2024 Eind: 31 december 2024, met optie tot verlenging Inzet: 36 uur per week Tarief: marktconform Locatie: hybride Opdrachtomschrijving Werken bij de Tweede Kamer betekent werken voor de democratie van Nederland. Een eervolle taak waarbij je 150 Kamerleden dagelijks ondersteunt. Met ruim 700 collega’s draag je bij aan het functioneren van de Tweede Kamer. De Dienst Automatisering draagt haar steentje hieraan bij door onder andere een op Microsoft 365 gebaseerde moderne werkplek te leveren. De afdeling DA die de automatiseringsondersteuning voor de Tweede Kamer uitvoert, is bezig met de uitrol van een nieuwe werkplek omgeving voor alle medewerkers. Deze is gebaseerd op Microsoft 365. Voor deze werkplek dienen de bestaande sjablonen te worden gemoderniseerd en geschikt gemaakt voor zowel Windows als MacOS op een manier dat ook mensen met een visuele beperking er gebruik van kunnen maken. Deze sjablonen moeten daarnaast exclusief via de Cloud beschikbaar komen, zodat gebruikers niet afhankelijk zijn van een fileserver met VPN. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Ophalen van functionele requirements bij verschillende stakeholders binnen de Tweede Kamer. Schrijven van een ontwerp / advies over hoe deze sjablonen het beste te implementeren en dit af te stemmen met de Domein Architect van de Moderne Werkplek. Ombouwen van bestaande sjablonen naar Moderne Sjablonen voor Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise op Apple MacOS en Microsoft Windows 11. Implementeren van een solide distributiemechanisme waarmee sjablonen ook centraal kunnen worden bijgewerkt. Testen van de functionaliteit. Maken van Instructie en / of trainingsmaterialen en / of het geven van trainingen. Inrichten van het beheer en onderhoud van de gemaakte sjablonen en overdragen hiervan aan de beheerorganisatie. Functie-eisen Ruime kennis van Microsoft 365 in zijn algemeenheid en Microsoft Apps for Enterprise ("Office") in het bijzonder. Ruime kennis van het ontwikkelen, distribueren en onderhouden van Office sjablonen binnen Office 365 voor zowel Windows 11 als MacOS werkplekken. Ervaring met het ontwikkelen van Office sjablonen voor personen met een visuele beperking. Ervaring met het ontwikkelen van instructiemateriaal voor het gebruik van Office sjablonen en het geven van trainingen in het gebruik hiervan. Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met het werken binnen een (semi)overheidsorganisatie. Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certificering, bij voorkeur als "expert". Ervaring in het werken binnen een Agile omgeving. Bekend met het installeren en configureren van Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise op Windows en MacOS.
