Als ervaren AFAS Consultant HR ondersteun jij Optimo klanten in het efficiënt inrichten van de AFAS

software. Zo help jij klanten het Optimale te halen uit de mogelijkheden die AFAS biedt. Dit alles draagt bij aan meer inzicht, minder kosten en meer werkplezier voor onze klanten en haar medewerkers. Inrichtingen en optimalisaties kunnen voor jou niet complex genoeg zijn en je houdt van uitdagende opdrachten. Daarnaast vind je het leuk om je diepgaande kennis over te dragen aan klanten en aan je collega`s.

Optimo is centraal gevestigd in Amersfoort en zoekt landelijk collega’s op medior en senior niveau. Dit betreft een hybride vacature. Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden als AFAS Consultant HR?

Implementeren en optimaliseren van een feilloze AFAS HR inrichting; Analyseren klantwens en vertalen naar een projectopzet rekening houdende met de continu veranderende wetgeving; Werkprocessen doorgronden en verbeteren; Gebruikers meenemen in alle mogelijkheden die AFAS Profit/|InSite biedt; Begeleiding van collega’s & delen van AFAS-kennis.
