Position Title: Clinical Administrative Coordinator (CAC)
Location: Hybrid - 35-40 hours weekly
Position Description: Clinical Administrative Coordinator (CAC) position manages multiple projects to completion. Will lead through every stage of the project life cycle, from planning to delivery. As a CAC, you will be a key team member, responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong rapport with Hope Grows staff, volunteers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Organize ideas, projects, people, time, and resources necessary to keep all parties moving forward. Must have the ability to make decisions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills and a strong attention to detail. The role requires collaboration skills and a can do attitude, with the ability to pivot and follow through. This role will give you the unique opportunity to contribute to Hope Grows' continued growth and development as we scale.
Responsibilities:
Operate at a tactical and operational level, coordinating Iris Respite House clinical programming/projects, with caregiver guests at the house and gardens
Oversee and managing of Hope Grows clinical database through Sales Force
- Oversee Hope Grows intern activities
Run and send monthly database reports to appropriate stakeholders
- Perform quality control on clinical projects throughout to maintain expected standards
- Work with the Intake Specialist and Clinical Director in documenting/directing the general Intake@hopegrows emails and the general clinical voicemails
- Directly responsible for the Root of Good Care counseling clinical billing
- Directly responsible for Client/Family Caregivers correspondence, including Welcome & Bereavement packets
- Responsible for gathering content for the bi-monthly Think Caregiver email campaigns
- Directly responsible for prep and participation in partnering events, and health/vendor fairs with the Clinical team
- Responsible for Hope Grows existing store inventory and managing sales
- Special projects, special events, and other responsibilities, as assigned
Qualifications
? Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, with a major or background in Project Management, or Business Management, preferred. Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
? 5+ years of experience in relevant project management roles
? Demonstrates ability to prioritize and manage the workload of multiple projects
? Proven ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
? Commitment to improving internal practices
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
? Analytical, data-driven approach with strong attention to detail. Able to learn new processes and technologies quickly and apply them to assigned tasks
? Capable of collaboration and appreciation of the challenges of working with volunteers and a hybrid workforce
? Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems/programs including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
? Knowledge of Salesforce and Donorview CRM systems is not required but is a plus
