Overview:

Remote IOP Therapist - Part-time

Expected Pay: $75.00 - 85.00 per hour DOE

(Associate Therapists considered at $55/hr.-$65/hr.)

Hours: 10-15 hours per week, sessions scheduled Mon-Thurs within 4pm-10 pm EST

Embark operates facilities across the US that support adolescents, young adults and their families by offering a full continuum of care from Residential to our IOP/PHP clinics to virtual intensive outpatient care. Our Virtual IOP clinics are a critical part of our strategy to increase access to life-saving mental health treatments for families with insurance.

At Embark Virtual/Remote IOP Therapist is supported by an experienced Executive Director, Clinical Director, Therapists, and Administrative Team that are all focused on the mission to facilitate lasting positive change for young people and their families. This is an hourly position and group hours are from 4pm-10pm EST.

Responsibilities:
  • Primary therapist serving ages 12-28. Must have a passion for working with this population.
  • Various responsibilities include running IOP group, individual therapy, family therapy, and treatment team/discharge planning discussion.
  • We require a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week during our group hours 4-10 pm EST.
Qualifications:
  • Active Licensure in Maryland LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW
  • Associate licensure considered
  • A desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.
  • A desire to perform and develop counseling/therapeutic expertise in individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Preferred Two years of working experience as a licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Preferred One year of experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
  • Preferred -- Experience practicing DBT, TF-CBT
  • Bonus if have experience with ERP.
