Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our team at Compass Health Network. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered integrated care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect services to clients, including psychotherapy and triage services.
  • Assess referral appropriateness and readiness for counseling, ensuring that clients receive the most effective care possible.
  • Coordinate referrals and maintain waitlists, ensuring seamless transitions between services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, meeting the highest standards of customer care.
  • Deliver culturally competent services and emergency crisis interventions, prioritizing the well-being and safety of our clients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, making referrals to other services as needed to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology.
  • Working knowledge of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5).
  • Licensure in Missouri, including PLPC, LPC, PMFT, LMFT, LCSW, or LMSW.
