Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - 174. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to our clients, while also contributing to the development and implementation of our community outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of Ellie Mental Health - 174.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session, as per company guidelines and protocol.
- Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25-27 client visits per week.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and other Ellie Mental Health - 174 staff as needed.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
- A Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- A fully licensed mental health professional (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.) with a valid license in the state of South Carolina.
- Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
- Fully licensed clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.
