Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Centerstone. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide high-quality therapy services to clients while maintaining good clinical judgment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective care plans for clients
  • Conduct regular progress notes and updates
  • Respond to supervisory requests for urgent care situations and coverage for vacant caseloads
  • Communicate effectively with administrative staff and other healthcare professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health, or a related field
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions

This role requires:

  • 90% sitting time
  • 10% standing time
  • Occasional squatting, kneeling, and bending
  • Occasional driving and lifting
