Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and collaborate with our team to advance our mission.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Maintain a caseload of 25-27 client visits per week and coordinate services with case managers, families, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
- A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
- A valid license in the state of South Carolina as a mental health professional (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.).
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
