The Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating and scheduling shipments between shippers and carriers within our brokerage department. The person will be tasked with covering freight while learning the skills to start producing sales. What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and schedule shipments between shippers and carriers.
  • Generate business with provided leads through cold-calling and other efforts.
  • Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of goods.
  • Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
  • Provide top-notch customer service.

What You Need:

  • At least 2 years of solid work experience in any industry we want to help you grow your skills
  • Strong desire to learn and grow into a career path.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of self-motivation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and able to quickly learn applications and TMS.
