Logistics Coordinator at HQ Aero

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance operations and customer support activities.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to various departments within the Supply Chain group.
  • Collaborate with mechanics and customers to relay shipping information, confirm part arrivals, and manage inventory records.
  • Assist in the cycle counting of parts, materials, and tooling, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Process computer transactions and paperwork related to material movement, maintaining meticulous documentation.
  • Verify the accuracy of all paperwork and ensure traceability for each part or material.
  • Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience with inventory management systems is preferred.
