Job Description
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans across various channels (online and offline)
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and opportunities
Create and manage marketing budgets
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, social media marketing, and public relations
Manage and analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance and ROI
Track industry trends and stay up-to-date on the latest marketing technologies
Lead and mentor a marketing team (if applicable)
Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity
Develops and implements marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Manages the travel agency's brand and online presence.
Analyzes marketing data and tracks campaign performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing management
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong leadership skills (if applicable)
