Our next Account Manager/Estimator will help us take customer satisfaction and support to the next level, providing red-carpet level treatment to clients from quoting and system installation through years after installation.Contact us to start your next leg of an exciting career.We are looking for a full-time Estimator / Account Manager to assist us in our continued growth. The majority of our clients are in medical, manufacturing and industrial industries with some light commercial and residential installations as well. The right candidate already has a strong background in inside sales and account management, estimating and especially customer service, with a desire to learn, grow and enjoy every day at work. At Platinum CCTV we try (and usually succeed) to enjoy every day, after all we only get one life. Additional office tasks as needed to support our customer and technicians may include: answering phones, assisting live installations locally or remotely, demonstration of remote camera software for clients remotely or in person, assistance of on-site technicians, coordination of technical support with our tech support team and managing the customer's experience from start to finish.Our choice for this position will be excited about technology and security and will receive additional training for further advancement in their career in our continuously growing company.At Platinum CCTV, we value honesty, integrity and desire to learn.
