Constellation, headquartered in Baltimore with regional offices across the U.S., is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Primary Purpose of Position:

  • Support Energy Efficiency & Infrastructure Sales efforts
  • Identify and develop Energy Conservation Measure strategies

Primary Duties and Accountabilities:

  • Act as a technical subject matter expert in the sales process
  • Expand project scopes by integrating energy efficiency, sustainability, and resiliency solutions
  • Assess and qualify project feasibility
  • Identify and quantify potential Energy Conservation Measures
  • Lead cross-functional teams in project development
  • Manage project schedules and resource allocation
  • Provide technical support for customer presentations
  • Ensure accuracy of financial project pro forma
  • Conduct quality control reviews on project deliverables
  • Evaluate utility profiles and infrastructure feasibility

Position Scope:

  • Reports to Executive Director
  • No direct reports
  • Technical oversight of projects and deliverables

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in identifying energy efficiency projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
  • Ability to obtain necessary security clearances

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ESPC, EaaS, or utility energy savings contracts
  • Technical sales or Sales Engineer experience
  • Knowledge of cost estimating and building modeling software
  • Certifications such as CEM, LEED AP, or CEA
