They provide top-notch service by handling refunds, resolving disputes, and managing tracking escalations for shippers. This role combines customer service and continuous improvement development. Responsibilities:

  • Review and address new and open issues raised by tier one support each morning.
  • Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to resolve issues based on priority.
  • Onboard new shippers and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Make commercial decisions to unblock complex escalations.
  • Continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and commercial materials for shippers to enhance operational processes.
  • Develop and compile tracking codes and associated URLs to support the Acquisition Evergreen paid media program.
  • Analyze and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance.
  • Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.
  • Plan and coordinate with paid media agencies to launch paid media campaigns via programmatic display, paid social, and direct campaigns.
  • Organize and maintain a repository of marketing assets, including videos and images, for associated campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • Paid media experience.
  • Experience in compiling, analyzing, and presenting performance metrics.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work across different teams.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in planning and working with paid media agencies.
  • Experience in managing marketing assets, including videos and images.
