  • Maintain and champion the MFA brand online and in external collateral and events.
  • Craft and lead the development of captivating and compliant proposals, statements of qualifications, and interview materials while expertly managing proposal schedules and internal deadlines.
  • Lead strategy meetings and assist with the preparation of final marketing documents.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including email campaign generation and performance tracking.
  • Create marketing campaigns and presentations using creativity to weave text and graphics into compelling narratives.
  • Track local and discipline specific market trends, opportunities, and competition.
  • Maintain and enhance our company ERP/CRM system (Deltek Vantagepoint).
  • Collaborate closely with our leaders and technical staff to nurture valuable connections.
  • Enhance MFA's online presence via our website, LinkedIn, and other channels, while monitoring and reporting on digital media analytics.
  • Recommend and oversee various branding opportunities including conference attendance, publications, award submittals, advertising, and event sponsorship.
  • Lead and plan special events, including conferences, tradeshows, and client events.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively, seeking input from mentors.
  • Take an inclusive approach to creating content both internally and externally.
To thrive in this role, you must have...
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or related field.
  • Proven track record of organizing, editing, and preparing detailed marketing documents.
  • Experience with digital marketing software and platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of basic HTML, Google Analytics, and SEO.
  • Proven organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail with experience conducting QC reviews.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation Range: $75,000 to $87,000
