Key Responsibilities:

· Execute thorough underwriting and financial analysis in commercial real estate using advanced Excel tools for accurate financial modeling.

· Develop comprehensive narrative reports that analyze borrowers, properties, locations, and prevailing market trends.

· Prepare meticulously organized electronic loan submission packages that meet the professional standards required by capital markets.

· Conduct property inspections and comp location assessments, ensuring high-quality photographic documentation.

· Oversee due diligence processes, including legal reviews, lease evaluations, and compliance checks during closing procedures.

· Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, lenders, and other respected professionals within the commercial real estate sector.

Skills Desired:

· Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat is essential.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.

· Ability to follow instructions with precision and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

· A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
