We are looking for a Merchandise Coordinator to join our Appleseed's team. This role is based out of our Middleton, MA office which operate in a flexible, hybrid work setting.

The Merchandise Coordinator will aid and support the Merchandising and Buying Team helping the departments work more efficiently.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Partners with inventory control to ensure on-time delivery, order updates, inventory levels.

* Supports the Merchants in Market shopping, assisting in product presentations, reports, and quality control.

* Creates info sheets, spec sheets, C&C, style sheets and catalog change notices for all styles.

* Provides Product Life Management (PLM) support.

* Reviews pricing tool and updates systems with needed corrections.

* Requests and returns all samples as needed and maintains the sample inventory.

* UPC Entry and maintenance.

* Responsible for RTV and DC compliance.

* Maintains Drop Ship data entry and maintenance.

* Partners with Planning for proofing Purchase Order specifics including Care/Content, Specs, Color/Color Codes, Country of Origin, Sizing and Pricing.

* Tickler File - Responsible for compiling all Merchant input to responds to Ticklers in a timely manner.

* Develops and maintains a strong working relationship with Internal and External teams.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* Associates Degree OR 2 years of retail experience/training in merchandising OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite focusing on Excel and PowerPoint.

* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, markups and percentages.

* Ability to apply basic concepts of Algebra.

* Highly organized with the ability work independently and change direction quickly.
