Your Role:

  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience by leading a team of Associates at the front of the store, promoting courteous service and loyalty initiatives.
  • Foster a positive atmosphere for both customers and team members.
  • Uphold a culture of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Actively engage in training and mentoring Associates on customer service principles.
  • Guide Associates in personalizing customer interactions while promoting loyalty programs.
  • Manage register assignments, support POS needs, and coordinate breaks for team members.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain a positive shopping experience.
  • Ensure tasks are executed according to store objectives, prioritizing as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates regarding priorities and updates.
  • Encourage recognition and constructive feedback among team members.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs for Associates.
  • Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty initiatives.
  • Participate in store shrink reduction efforts.
  • Advocate for safety awareness and maintain a secure environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We Seek:

  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong knowledge of merchandising techniques.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Adaptable to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • A collaborative team player who works well with peers and supervisors.
  • Experience in training others.
  • Minimum of 1 year in retail and 6 months in a leadership role.
