Maintain standard costs, value and reviews processes for the costing, BOMS, purchasing, consumption of raw materials, and inventory.
Manage inventory tracking, WIP, costs and value. Review, report and document inventory and material purchase and usages
Audits inventory counts and cycle counts and compares to processes followed.
Determine the costs and efficiency of company purchasing activities related to materials and production of goods.
Present cost estimates and budgets for new purchases as it relates to raw materials and inventory.
Assist in audits as needed by accounting department.
Plan, budget and prepare reports for consumption, inventory and raw materials data.
Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements.
