As a Billing Specialist, your responsibilities will encompass various tasks associated with billing our clientele. No task is too large or too small. As a vital member of our team, you are expected to approach your work with humility. Your main duties will involve generating monthly invoices, along with assisting in general administrative tasks such as processing payments, managing accounts receivable, and organizing files.
This is a FULL-TIME (32 TO 40 HOURS) EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating monthly invoices utilizing QuickBooks and Excel
- Collecting vendor invoices for inclusion in monthly billing
- Generating and distributing electronic bills
- Organizing all paid and unpaid invoices
- Performing general business administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not mandatory
- A minimum of 3 years of billing experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong phone and presentation skills are essential
- Must be a dedicated, organized, self-driven individual with a strong desire to excel
- Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not required
- Exceptional computer skills are necessary
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required

Compensation Package:
- Annual salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 based on experience
