Austin, United States Noonlight Full time

At Noonlight, an Alarm.com company, our mission is to protect and comfort people so they can live freely. What began as an app focused on helping people walk safely from point A to point B, is now a suite of emergency response APIs backing some of the smartest home, health, and lifestyle products in the IoT market.

Noonlight is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for our B2B/API products for IoT customers. In this role, you will define and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy for business-facing products, in close partnership with product, sales, and Noonlight's leadership team. We are looking for a PMM who is passionate about the intersection of safety and technology, has an experiment-first mindset, and is excited about shaping a marketing strategy for API products.

Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Noonlight leadership team to define the marketing strategy and positioning for Noonlight's B2B products. Identify target customer segments, develop value propositions, and establish key messaging to differentiate our offerings in the market. Product Positioning: Develop compelling and differentiated product positioning that resonates with target customers. Clearly communicate the unique value proposition and benefits of our API & B2B offerings to drive customer engagement and adoption. Marketing Campaigns: Leverage an "experiment-first" approach to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand and drive awareness of our business-facing products. Utilize a mix of digital marketing, content marketing, social media, events, and other marketing channels to reach target audiences effectively. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify market trends, customer needs, and areas for product differentiation. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize the positioning of our B2B products. Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, collateral, case studies, and sales tools. Ensure that the sales team has the necessary resources to effectively sell our B2B products and achieve their targets. Customer Success Collaboration: Collaborate with the customer success team to develop customer retention and expansion strategies. Leverage customer feedback and insights to inform marketing campaigns and drive customer engagement with our B2B products. Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives and campaigns. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and revenue growth, to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Other duties as assigned

5+ years of Product Marketing Experience, with previous experience developing an end-to-end marketing strategy for a product(s) Passion for software as a service and new technologies (prior experience working on SaaS products/APIs a plus) Experience with experiment design and execution to test, validate, and develop a marketing strategy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with ambiguity, with a bias towards action Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Experience supporting complex, technical products
