We provide integrated and cost-effective security solutions for commercial and residential security guard services in Southern California including the areas of: Los Angeles, Orange County, Ventura County, Riverside and Sacramento. We have a diverse range of services to meet our customers’ requirements and have a broad geographic footprint to meet demand for security patrol services, camera surveillance and executive protection.
We are looking for an Account Manager with experience in recruiting, scheduling and outstanding leadership and customer service skills. Come join our team in our new corporate office in West Hills, CA.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the recruitment, selection, and training of security officers for a variety of job sites.
Prepare and ensure that all schedules are handled effectively meeting client requirements.
Ensure all security officers deliver high quality service by monitoring the performance of officers.
Perform any necessary corrective action in a timely manner to improve quality of service.
Serve as a key point of client contact.
Build positive and productive relationships with clients fro promote business growth.
Assist in development and administration of budget in relation to assigned account.
Execute a variety of supervision responsibilities for assigned accounts.
Requirements:
Minimum scheduling experience of 30+ employees
Knowledge of security operations and procedures
Three years of prior experience in the security industry
Five years relevant experience: Preferred
One year's leadership experience: Preferred
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients
Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures
Understanding of a variety of security and safety devices and controls
Ability to track and maintain schedule assignments
Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances
Planning, organizing and leadership skills
Oral and written communications skills
Ability to take initiative and achieve results
Ability to carry out multiple assignments concurrently
May be required to work overtime without advance notice.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
