What you’ll do The Compliance Engineer reports to the Information Security Manager and works with the security team, team leads, directors and compliance auditors to maintain and enhance our compliance initiatives, focusing on data protection and security. In this role, you will ensure our products and processes adhere to regulatory and compliance standards. Your Impact Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards by thoroughly implementing and monitoring compliance processes.

Provide actionable insights that drive process improvements, ensuring alignment with compliance strategies.

Maintain comprehensive documentation and management of compliance controls to facilitate seamless audits and risk assessments.

Collaborate with various stakeholders to foster a culture of compliance and security throughout the organization.

Lead the preparation and execution of audits, ensuring that the company is always prepared for both internal and external evaluations.

Contribute to the overall security and integrity of the company's data protection efforts, ensuring our products and environments meet the highest standards.

What you bring to the table Experience with security, cloud, and IT compliance processes

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze complex information and provide recommendations.

Experience managing and conducting internal and external audits.

Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.

Proficiency in documenting and reviewing compliance controls.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

In-depth knowledge with PCI-DSS

Bonus points Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)

In-depth knowledge and experience with SOC2, NIST, and ISO frameworks.

Experience with compliance automation platforms such as Drata.
