- Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports to clients and regulatory agencies.
- Develop and implement code compliance strategies to minimize project delays and costs.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure that construction projects meet code requirements.
- Mentor and train junior inspectors to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in code compliance inspection and/or plan review.
- Valid ICC certification (B2, M2, P2, or E2).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
