The Role You'll Play to Create Success

We are eager to announce a full-time, onsite, Recruiting Assistant position filled with many exciting opportunities in the Tampa Bay area In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by performing clerical and recruiting support work for FrankCrum Staffing.
  1. Answers phones, transfers calls, assists callers, retrieves branch voicemail messages and communicates to appropriate team member.
  2. Format resumes for Recruiters
  3. Staffs reception desk by greeting visitors and applicants, notifying team of visitor/applicant arrival.
  4. Performs the applicant registration process to completion.
  5. Performs I-9 authorizations, criminal background checks, verifies employment history, schedules pre-employment drug screens, skill testing, and other activities to support the recruitment process.
  6. Assists with the weekly payroll process upon request.
  7. Sources for candidates and assists with creating positions and matches; ensures information is correct including pay rate, bill rates, workers' compensation codes, pay groups, invoice groups and invoice methods
  8. Assists with sending assignment confirmations.
  9. Assists with promoting job openings and filling job orders.
  10. Performs data entry, filing, scanning, and copying.


The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include exceptional customer service, written, listening and communication skills, time management, and organization skills. Two (2) years of administrative experience and a high school diploma are required. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
