Our friendly Hotel Front Desk Supervisor establishes a positive work environment, provides attentive and courteous service, all while creating a memorable and personalized experience for our guests and team members.
- Supervise a dedicated front desk team
- Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
- Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively and responding promptly to guests' needs
- Enforce policies and procedures established by the company and the property brand
- Use the computer system on a daily basis to make reservations, check-in and checkout guests
- Perform office tasks such as answering the phones, scanning, copying, typing and printing
- Ensure safety and security of the property, staff and guests
- Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up abilities
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
