JOB PURPOSE:
- Assist HRMs and Line Managers in the delivery of key and standardized HR Employee Relations activities
- Support line managers with interpretation of HR policies and processes and queries and provide guidance in line with company policy and procedure and local legislation.
- Support line managers with general coaching and advice on Workday
- Support Employee Relations Data and Metrics and Compliance efforts
- Participate in and support the delivery of key initiatives for business wide projects developed by the Americas Employee Relations team
- Promote standardization and continuous improvement across the business in delivering HR services
- Participate in process improvement initiatives as required providing input about core HR processes.
- Identify HR risks and raise awareness to mitigate risk to Client's reputation
- As aligned with in country scope and in context of the current employment environment, resolve low risk ER/IR issues
- Support HRMs with the preparation of investigations and analyses of ER trends.
- Support HRMs with the assessment of performance management process.
- Responsible for initial engagement with employees and managers within Client.
- Understands and supports the One HR agenda
