HR Administrator

The HR Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the human resources department. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting with various HR projects, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel files.
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Process payroll and benefits administration.
- Maintain employee databases and generate reports as needed.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Assist with the resolution of employee relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Associates degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in human resources administration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a non-profit organization is a plus.
