Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Generalist to support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that HR policies and procedures align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues and facilitating communication between employees and management.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and goal-setting.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR documentation.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs and payroll processing.
  • HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience in HR or related role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
