Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in SEO to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that promote our company's brands and products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology, with a keen understanding of the latest trends in digital marketing and SEO best practices.Key Responsibilities:•Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive digital marketing plans to increase brand visibility and traffic across all digital channels.•Manage and optimize website content for the highest possible organic search rankings and user experience, including keyword research, content creation, and on-page optimizations.•Design and manage SEO strategies, including technical SEO, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.•Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).•Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.•Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.•Oversee and manage the company's social media profiles and presence.•Coordinate with the Content Creator and Copywriter to ensure content is informative and appealing.•Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.•Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies, including updates on attribution, and programmatic media buying.Qualifications:•Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.•Demonstrated experience leading and managing SEO, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.•Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).•Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.•Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.•Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.•Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.•BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field preferred.What We Offer:•A competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.•Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.•A creative and collaborative work environment where ideas are valued and feedback is encouraged.•Flexible working hours and policies to support work-life balance.•A comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, dental, vision, and retirement plans.Work Environment:This is a hybrid position requiring the Digital Marketing Manager to be on-site two days per week for team collaboration, strategy sessions, and in-person meetings.
