Job Information
As a Forklift Product Support Representative (Inside), you will provide product, technical support, and training for company forklift trucks. Responsible for providing support for field service team members and providing product technical support to all customers of all company products.
Role & Responsibility
Provide product support for company manufactured forklifts
Support internal departments with service-related inquiries or projects.
Support the training department during training classes, coordination of events for pre-planning of training and training day logistics
Enter all relevant calls into the Service Call Center database management system
Must file weekly reports detailing activities to the manager of product support and warranty
Review all high dollar warranty claims with warranty department
Provide updated technical information to technicians requesting assistance
Field inquires and inbound calls into the Service Call Center and delegate to the appropriate internal partners or field person
Field inquires from external customers
Job Requirement
Education Requirement: High School Diploma (or GED or High School education equivalent); 5
