Job Description: The Outside Sales Representative of Stone Showcase is responsible for the expansion and retention of current and prospective clientele for the organization. You will leverage your sales skills to identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.


Job Responsibilities: The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for the effective and efficient handling of customer transactions; as needed. They will be responsible for accurately record and maintain customer contact information and details, build and maintain company- customer relationships. The outside sales rep will answer inbound sales calls and make outbound sales calls, consistently following up on promises and commitments in a timely manner with customers.

Outside Sales Reps are responsible for keeping track of stone inventory levels to ensure customer orders are handled effectively, quote prices on stone slabs and credit terms, and prepare sales orders for customers. You will be expected to retain up to date knowledge of company products, complete sales transactions and processing of payments as needed. You will partner with inside sales representative to keep account transactions and literature up to date.


Job Expectations: As the Outside Sales Representative you will be expected to practice customer focus, collaboration and communication with your team. You will be required to travel occasionally to speak to current clients and pursue new avenues, utilizing our road show truck to help with your ventures. You will be expected to troubleshoot customer issues during the delivery process. You will also perform additional duties as required and or as requested.
