In the traditional project management approach of “Plan – Execute – Monitor and Control”, the WGSC focuses on ‘monitor and control’ using operational knowledge, data, dashboards, and exception management techniques to establish, maintain, and achieve company and customer specific KPIs. Communication, exception management and operational excellence form the bedrock of customer service for logistics coordinators in the WGSC. The ideal candidate is energetic, enthusiastic, detailed-oriented, and obsessive about providing solutions to those who are in need. This person should be as equally comfortable working in a team as they are being the one person at the forefront of uncovering issues and providing solutions. Major Duties and Responsibilities Customer Communication : professional and timely response to customer and network inquires. Data Competency : ensuring complete, accurate, and timely data for all shipments. Including managing EDI transmissions and the integrity of internal and external reporting. Exception Management : using reporting, dashboards, and other tools to manage in-transit exceptions and provide network visibility to performance and process exceptions. Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics, Data Science, Finance, Economics or related field One year of work experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related field Qualifications in supply chain management or logistics

IATA/FIATA Brokers License University/Specialist Certifications
