Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate various vehicles for storage or removal of materials, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Prepare products and materials for shipment, adhering to quality control standards and company procedures.
  • Load, unload, and stage products and materials, utilizing knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
  • Transport raw materials around the warehouse, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Track and record units of materials handled, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
  • Identify and report quality deficiencies and/or determine the need for repair, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the upkeep and cleanliness of the warehouse and office, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid certification to operate forklifts and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a forklift operator.
  • Experience in unloading and uploading material, with familiarity with pallet jack, forklift, or other industrial vehicles.
  • Ability to handle physical workload, with strong work ethic and good knowledge of industrial equipment.
  • Excellent coordination, good time management skills, and great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High school diploma/GED and bilingual (Spanish/English) language proficiency.

Benefits:

  • Health insurance and a competitive salary of $12.00 per hour.

Work Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, with overtime and weekend availability.

  • El Paso, TX 79915: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work.

Experience:

  • Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred).
