· Strategic planning and precise execution of all logistics operations, encompassing Inbound, Outbound, Storage, and Transportation.

· Minimize waste and unnecessary distribution expenses by enhancing storage efficiency through the development and application of optimal warehouse layouts.

· Exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

· Coordinate logistics internally and externally, collaborating with third-party carriers and clients to ensure timely delivery of goods.

· Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse workforce.

· Prepare and monitor team development plans to facilitate career growth and succession planning.

Qualifications:

· Proficient in warehouse management techniques and industry best practices.

· Demonstrated ability to drive process enhancement initiatives.

· Comprehensive understanding of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

· Practical experience with warehouse management systems and databases.

· Certified in forklift operation.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
