Operate with the highest level of confidentiality. EssentialDuties and Responsibilities: Ensure daily accounts receivable functionsas assigned including daily deposits and ensuring posting of paymenttimely. Ensure timely collection of Accounts Receivable with team andresolve issues. Ensure timely entry of Accounts Payable and payment ofvendors. Month-end closing with team, prepare journal entries asnecessary, reconcile assigned accounts and perform internal controlchecks. Prepare, analyze and report monthly, quarterly Source Americainformation. Perform daily accounting functions as assigned includingbank and payroll tax deposits and transfer payments. Assist with cyclecount/physical inventories. Prepare detailed account analysis andreconcile sales, cost and inventory, liability accounts by customer typeby division. Review and analyze inventory and margin reports, conductresearch and perform analytical studies in regards to cost analyses andprofitability. Assist with annual external audits. Complete requestedmaterials for the annual and benefit audits. ERP super user. Assist withtesting and receive final approval for system reports required formanagement, financial reporting and general ledger reconciliations.Other job-related duties as assigned.
