ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll teams, ensuring all financial activities are carried out efficiently and effectively and in compliance with applicable regulations. Cash Flow Oversight: Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow activities including cash collections and disbursements, prepare cash flow forecasts, analyze receivables, payables, and payroll KPIs and provide trend analysis and recommendations. Key relationships: Maintain strong positive relationships with clients, vendors and internal client team members. Process Improvement: Drive process improvement through optimizing technology and leading initiatives to improve financial systems and tools to enable continued scalable growth for the organization. Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of analyst professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability. Collaborate: Liaison with Financial Reporting team to share information and analysis, ensuring the accuracy of the general ledger and jointly improving cross functional collaboration. Partner: Collaborate with executive leadership to drive financial discipline and accountability. Internal Controls: Support the implementation of and ensure team adheres to financial controls and processes that minimize risk. SKILLS REQUIRED:

Bachelors in accounting or finance required, CPA or CMA certification a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting; prior experience with accounts receivable or accounts payable desired. Related industry experience is highly valued and preferred. Excellent analytical, organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. High proficiency in using advanced financial software tools and systems including NetSuite or equivalent ERP, Microsoft suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Proven ability to successfully manage staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to interact with all levels of the organization and as well as external parties. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated bias for action and accountability.
