A DAY IN YOUR LIFE AS OUR LEAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST - HOST:

In this role, you kick off your day by onboarding clients and seamlessly guiding them through our proven strategies. Checking in on progress becomes your mid-morning groove, ensuring each contractor is hitting their stride with The EverRest processes. After a quick lunch, you take the stage as the Webinar Host, leading training sessions with charisma and expertise. As the day winds down, you shift gears to be the ultimate Meeting Host, creating an engaging experience for our members. Flexibility and adaptability are your superpowers as you seamlessly navigate diverse tasks, from CRM input to event support. It's not a job; it's a daily adventure with The EverRest Group.

Qualifications

To be the star in this role, you'll need:

Good phone etiquette Proficiency in hosting webinars Exceptional ability to build rapport and conduct client conversations Impeccable organization skills with event planning experience

Salesforce experience would be a huge plus

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, in-office position located in the vibrant city of Atlanta, GA. While we value flexibility and provide remote work options when preapproved, our focus is on customer support and care.
