Essential Qualifications:

  • Over 6 years of experience in operations or customer support
  • At least 4 years of experience in managing teams
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Proficient in making decisions based on data analysis
  • Proven history of achieving results in challenging situations

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a high-demand ticketing environment
  • Background in customer support within a marketplace
  • Knowledge of utilizing KPIs for strategic business decisions
