What you do:

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our AI Governance & Enablement team and support the development and implementation of our AI governance framework. This role will be responsible for assisting in AI governance program development to ensure that current regulations are included in our processes, and to ensure a law change management function is in place to account for future regulation changes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI regulations, excellent project management and communication skills, and experience in law change management.

A successful candidate will have background in:

  • Support the development and implementation of an AI governance and enablement framework that aligns with our business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the AI governance and enablement program meets business and customer needs.
  • Lead Law Change Management function - Provide guidance on how regulations will impact AI solutions and processes; provide recommendations on how to modify AI processes to comply with regulations
  • Lead efforts to update and maintain corporate policies based on AI regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies and trends and provide recommendations on their regulatory implications.
  • Establish monitoring to ensure AI use case compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Partner with our Learning & Development and Change Management teams to develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on AI governance and ethical use of AI technologies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business unit leaders, legal, compliance, and data privacy teams.
What you bring:
  • 6+ years' experience required in Financial Services, Governance, Program/Project Management, or Compliance
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienced required;
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to AI technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
