Job Description:

As a Dealership Consultant with us, you will play a pivotal role in helping dealerships across the nation achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities: Consultation: Collaborate with dealership clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities. Analysis: Conduct comprehensive assessments of dealership operations, financial performance, and F&I processes. Strategy Development: Create tailored strategies and action plans that enhance profitability, streamline operations, and drive sustainable growth. Business Development: Acquire new dealership accounts through effective B2B outreach and relationship-building. Product Recommendations: Recommend customized F&I products and services that align with dealership objectives and market trends. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners, managers, and staff to ensure successful implementation of strategies. Training and Education: Provide training and support to dealership teams, enhancing their understanding of F&I products and processes. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve our consulting services.

Qualifications: Proven experience in automotive dealership operations, management consulting, and B2B sales. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify improvement opportunities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of F&I products and processes is a plus. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
