Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in a healthcare-related environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in word processing, presentation software, and data management applications.
  • Familiarity with military and civilian healthcare guidelines is essential.
  • Understanding of Comprehensive Medical Readiness Programs and continuing education processes.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems is preferred.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this position include regular sitting and talking or hearing, occasional walking, standing, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision.
