Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately ? Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity with leads ? Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable at all times WORK ENVIRONMENT: ?

Retail/Events:

Kiosk and showroom locations spaced around outside vendors (Sam’s clubs, Malls, Walmarts) ?

Canvass:

Outside, neighborhoods WORK HOURS: ? Hours vary based on department and season. Night and weekends are required for marketing associates COMPENSATION: ? Marketing compensation is designed to reward and compensate marketing associates who strive to their best every day. A sustained effort and a disciplined approach will lead to consistent results and a very rewarding compensation plan. We establish benchmarks and goals that have been realistic and attainable throughout our history as a result of the best training in the industry. ? Base Pay: Hourly Rate based on experience ($15-$20 Hourly) #matrixsponsored Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: ? Deliver excellent customer service ? Strong verbal communication skills ? Exceptional negotiation skills and outstanding follow thru and execution ? Ability to meet deadlines and benchmarks ? Ability to thrive in a team environment ? Able to work a flexible schedule including varied shifts that may include evenings and weekends ? Experience in Face to Face Marketing is a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: ?
