Being a Front Desk Concierge in Senior Living can be amazing and rewarding. It can also be stressful and demanding. The Front Desk Concierge is the face of the community. The Front Desk Concierge has the ability to set the tone for the rest of the community and our guest. The Front Desk Concierge is always on so it can be overwhelming.

**The Front Desk Concierge is tasked with serving the residents and their guests with the highest level of customer service**.

A Front Desk Concierge must have a strong desire to serve the residents. The Front Desk Concierge finds joy in positively impacting the lives of the residents and their guest. They have the unique ability to WOW residents and guest with above and beyond service excellence. They are also often the person who takes complaints or hears about problems. This job can be stressful, fast paced, and demanding but it is also very rewarding.

The Front Desk Concierge has a unique ability to truly MAKE THEIR DAY

A Front Desk Concierge has the opportunity change the course of a residents day. The Front Desk Concierge can make a huge impact on the happiness of the residents.
