Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM-2:30PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Bilingual Receptionist to join us in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between employees and customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Scheduling weld tests and coordinating appointments.
  • Greeting potential employees and customers with a welcoming attitude.
  • Filing and organizing documents.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of recent experience in a receptionist role
  • Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Candidates with current receptionist experience are preferred.
